This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £28,521.33 , depending on skills and experience and follows a hybrid working model.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be responsible for:
Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
Support client needs and provide solutions
Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements
Communicate performance updates to clients
Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections
Handle queries, support invoicing, and manage claims
Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed
Profile:
Proactive, logical, analytical mindset
Able to work independently with strong ownership
Good IT skills, including Excel
Comfortable with JDA and Salesforce (training can be provided)
Adaptable to new technology
Logistics or transport experience highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisation
