Who is Karl Lagerfeld?

Part of global fashion giant G-III Apparel Group and headquartered in Amsterdam, the Karl Lagerfeld brand has been steadily expanding its footprint in key European markets for several years. With more stores opening and sales growing steadily, the brand was looking for an experienced logistics partner that could deliver exceptional customer service to power the fashion icon’s European growth phase. They have partnered with Bleckmann since early 2021.

How do we support them?

Our European distribution centre (DC) at Enschede in the East of the Netherlands is strategically located to serve key European markets. And thanks to our Local Hero fulfilment partners, we offer optimized final mile distribution across Europe to ensure satisfied customers. But that’s not all: we offer a wide range of value-added services tailored to the needs of a premium fashion label, such as customized packaging, labelling and pricing.

Our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) is seamlessly integrated with the brand’s IT systems allowing for optimized order handling and prompt deliveries. Moreover, Bleckmann is in charge of transporting returned goods from all sales channels back to the European DC, where we do grading and further handling of returned goods.
