“What I like most about my job is improving processes. Really looking at how things can be done more efficiently and then implementing that together with the team—that is where I get a lot of energy from.”

Do I need experience to work in the warehouse?

Not necessarily. Motivation, reliability and the right mindset are often more important than previous experience. We provide guidance and training to help you learn the job backstage.

Do you provide training for warehouse roles?

Yes. Safety, quality and teamwork are essential in our warehouses. You’ll receive the necessary onboarding and on-the-job training to help you work confidently with our systems, equipment and processes.

What shifts do warehouse teams work?

This depends on the location and operational needs. Some warehouses work in day shifts, while others operate with early, late or rotating shifts. The specific schedule is always clearly discussed during the recruitment process.

Is physical work required for warehouse roles?

Some warehouse roles are physically active, which is part of the energy backstage. At the same time, we continuously invest in automation and ergonomic solutions to make work smarter, safer and more efficient.

No. Bleckmann is an international workplace with many different nationalities and languages. English is often enough for many warehouse roles.
