Yes. In many office roles, we focus on output and trust rather than fixed schedules. Flexibility is an important part of our culture, while still staying connected as a team and supporting the business when needed.
Yes, for many office roles hybrid working is possible. We offer a healthy balance between working from home and working on-site after an onboarding period.
At the same time, delivering the best possible service to our clients means that not every role can be done remotely. Our homeworking policy therefore depends on the type of job and team. For most office-based roles, working from home up to two days a week is possible.
