Tasks and responsibilities:
Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for IT and warehouse management systems? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to improve processes? Then we’re looking for you as a Superuser!
First point of contact for WMS-related questions and hardware issues.
Translate operational challenges into Change Requests and monitor associated savings.
Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) during the implementation of new IT functionalities.
Monitor and maintain data quality.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to the standardization of processes across multiple locations.
Be part of the Superuser team, focusing on implementing Best Practices.
Independently resolve basic issues such as printer malfunctions and improve ticket quality for IT infrastructure support.
Profile:
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Experience with WMS systems and affinity with IT infrastructure and hardware.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when monitoring data, creating SOPs, and performing UAT.
Stress-resistant with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
Proactive, independent, and eager to drive improvements.
Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
