Sepi Agari was looking to deliver a premium customer experience at scale. But with a fast-growing customer base and complex omnichannel fulfilment requirements, this would require a provider that could be onboarded quickly and expand at the speed of the brand’s ambitions. Key specifications included integrated inventory management, an extensive distribution network to ensure speedy delivery across Europe and specialised systems to provide full supply chain visibility. From our strategically located distribution centre in Grobbendonk, Belgium, we manage all omnichannel logistics for Sepi Agari. This includes both D2C e-commerce sales and business-to-business (B2B) fulfilment. Our facility features a state-of-the-art AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) – an innovative goods-to-person picking setup, which uses radio-controlled robots to retrieve items from a large storage grid. This system reduces the time spent on picking, improving the speed and accuracy of fulfilment. The AutoStore solution’s modular scalability also provides Sepi Agari with the capacity to grow in its core markets and expand into new territories in the future.
