Europe is one of Kulani’s biggest markets after the US, making up around 10% of all sales. However, delivery times of up to six days, high shipping and duty costs, and a complex returns process were limiting both customer experience and conversion. The brand needed a localised fulfilment solution that would simplify and consolidate B2B and B2C deliveries across the continent while staying true to its customer experience standards.

Supporting a bold growth strategy 

With all EU orders now fulfilled from our distribution centre in Venlo, the Netherlands, Kulani Kinis customers can expect a step change in their end-to-end shopping experience. First, delivery times have been significantly reduced, with many customers receiving next-day delivery. The operational efficiency improvements unlocked also mean that customers can benefit from free shipping on orders over €100 – a first for the brand in Europe. Returns, too, are much simpler: rather than items making the long journey back to Australia, they’re processed locally in Venlo, meaning customers receive their exchanges and refunds more quickly. Behind the scenes, purpose-built IT integrations ensure orders flow seamlessly – whatever the distribution channel.
