Customer challenge

Alongside precision and quality, adaptation to customer needs has been key to driving Beetronics’ growth. But this has also made its logistics requirements more complex. With around 100 SKUs of varying dimensions shipping across Europe (including non-EU territories) and a wide variety of order sizes, standard warehousing and fulfilment fell short. Beetronics required a solution that went above and beyond, with batch-level tracking through serialised inventory, non-standard cut-off times and delayed delivery arrangements – in short, a set-up as robust and high-performance as its own products.

Bleckmann’s approach

Together with Beetronics, we built a tailored fulfilment solution from the ground up. This meant adapting every aspect of our operations to meet the brand's precise requirements. These include late order cut-off times and B2B-friendly specifications such as office-hours delivery slots and palletised shipments. We also provide a delayed fulfilment option that allows large orders to be divided up and shipped sequentially. This ensures customers across Europe can receive their Beetronics monitors and touchscreens exactly where, when and how they need them.

Precise inventory management and a seamless returns experience were equally important. Serialised scanning across all outbound and return flows delivers seamless data integration between our WMS and Beetronics’ systems, giving both teams real-time visibility from individual unit level to batch. For non-EU markets such as Norway and Switzerland, where cross-border returns carry customs complexity, we connect directly with Beetronics’ own returns portal via API. This keeps the entire process robust and consistent, giving Beetronics and its customers confidence at every step of the journey.
