This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary between £55,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum, plus a car allowance. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards while supporting the development of a structured and high-performing PMO.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across the full lifecycle

  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables

  • Translate requirements into structured project plans and execution roadmaps

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business impact

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery

  • Track project performance, including KPIs, milestones, costs, risks, and issues

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing dependencies

  • Maintain clear, consistent reporting and governance processes

  • Support business change activities, including communication, testing, and operational readiness

  • Ensure deliverables meet operational requirements and agreed business needs

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing project processes

Core Capabilities:

  • Delivery & Execution: Strong end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches with clear governance and risk management

  • Digital & Systems: Uses KPIs, dashboards, and tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI); understands WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations

  • Continuous Improvement: Drives process optimisation, automation, and adoption of scalable solutions

  • Commercial Focus: Aligns projects to client needs, SLAs, and business value

  • Collaboration & Influence: Leads cross-functional teams and engages stakeholders effectively

 Profile:

  • 5+ years project management experience within a client-facing logistics or 3PL environment

  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), planning, and risk management

  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement

  • Strong analytical ability to translate project data into clear business insights and impact

  • Professionally certified (PMP or PRINCE2) with Agile / Scrum experience

  • Proficient in project and data tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Power BI)

  • Continuous improvement and change mindset (Lean Six Sigma or Change Management desirable)

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (desirable)

  • Additional language skills beyond English are considered an advantage
