About the job
We are currently looking for a Business Controller who wants to do more than just report numbers. In this role, you act as a true business partner, influencing decisions and driving impact within a fast-growing, international organization.

Your responsibilities
As a Business Controller, you will operate at the intersection of finance and operations. You will turn data into insights, insights into actions, and actions into results.
Drive Financial Performance
- Take the lead in budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver impactful reporting and clear financial insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Be a True Business Partner
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Challenge and support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Translate financials into meaningful business recommendations
Shape Performance & Growth
- Monitor KPIs and steer business performance
- Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
Improve & Innovate
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on optimization and automation
- Help build a more data-driven finance function
Your profile
You combine strong analytical skills with business insight and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or BI tools is a plus
