Tasks and responsibilities:


To support the growth within the Admin Service team, we are looking for you! You will provide administrative support and coordination for various departments, including Inbound and Outbound, with Shipping being your main focus. You have an eye for detail and can work accurately. Like Bleckmann, you are eager to move forward.

  • Using the warehouse management system, you monitor daily administration and are responsible for creating document sets such as consignment notes and submitted customs documents;
  • You are responsible for monitoring and executing internal processes as described in our standard operating procedures and manuals;
  • The administration of incoming/outgoing goods and customs documentation is part of your responsibilities. You ensure correct processing and recording of delivery data;
  • You enjoy preparing (management and/or customer) reports for your Admin Service Supervisor;
  • Performing administrative tasks related to CMRs, mail, and time registration are also part of your duties;
  • You contribute proactively to our continuous improvement methodology.
  • In short, a versatile role with both administrative and communicative tasks.

Profile:

  • What you bring to Bleckmann
  • We don’t go for clichés like “commercial, stress-resistant, and administrative all-rounder.” Instead, we’re looking for a natural helper who doesn’t shy away from any task and knows how to get things done.
  • Dutch and English language skills
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • MBO (plus) / HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience in logistics is not required but definitely a plus!
  • A good sense of humor and perseverance
