Tasks and responsibilities:
What will you do?
The enthusiastic and experienced team is looking for a new colleague to join us! We work closely together, striving for quality and efficiency. Are you ready to further develop yourself in the world of Customer Service within a rapidly growing logistics sector? Then this position is for you!
In this role, you are the essential link between our customer and our internal departments (such as Warehousing, Customs, Transport, and IT). You ensure that communication flows smoothly and that customer queries are resolved efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
Follow up on incoming goods and manage files.
Process data according to set procedures and report KPIs.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure optimal workflow.
Manage returns and ensure smooth handling.
Handle the administrative processing of orders and Value Added Services (VAS).
Prepare outgoing goods, both within and outside the EU.
Handle complaints and seek sustainable solutions.
Actively contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement.
Profile:
What we are looking for in our new team player:
Experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in the logistics sector.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel holds no secrets for you).
Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate professionally in English.
A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
Works accurately and takes responsibility for tasks.
Stays calm under pressure and always thinks in terms of solutions.
