This is a permanent, full-time daytime position, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of £32,000.00 and is based on-site in Crick.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for optimising warehouse stock flow, working with Data and Systems Specialists, the Team Leader, and IT and Operational Managers to develop, implement, and improve operational solutions.
Key tasks:
Analyze data to identify issues, propose solutions and ensure resolution
Monitor daily and weekly volumes and assist in operational planning
Participate in planning meetings and event execution
Complete operational administration tasks promptly
Interpret data to provide client-specific insights
Maintain knowledge of site-specific WMS, systems and processes
Profile:
Strong system knowledge (PKMS, RP, JDA, BRP, Evolve) and Tableau
Analytical thinker with attention to detail
Works independently or in teams, prioritises effectively
Inspires, influences, and builds strong relationships
Client-focused with operational and continuous improvement mindset
