This is a permanent, full-time position working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 08:00-16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of up to £42,000.00, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.
Key tasks:
Lead and coordinate shift operations across all fulfilment activities
Plan and allocate staff and resources to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain process efficiency, quality, and Health & Safety standards
Monitor and deliver shift KPIs
Build strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively
Drive continuous improvement across shift operations
Profile:
Proven experience as a Shift Manager within a 3PL environment (essential)
Strong customer experience; retail/e?commerce/fashion preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills
Knowledge of WMS, ideally JDA
Automation experience highly desirable
Proactive, flexible, and highly organised
