This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.

  • Support smooth running of UK sites and facilities operations

  • Monitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up issues

  • Coordinate repairs and contractor activities

  • Ensure compliance and statutory checks are completed

  • Maintain communication with suppliers and site teams

  • Manage Facilities systems and records

  • Respond to urgent issues and escalate where needed

  • Support ordering of materials and supplies

Profile

  • Strong FM and contractor coordination skills

  • Good understanding of compliance requirements

  • Proactive, organised and adaptable

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills

  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritise workload

  • Hands-on, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
