As Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist you will be a part of a young and multinational MarCom team. We manage and execute diverse initiatives, contributing to the commercial success and global business development. Joining our team will allow you to manage individual projects as well as team up with colleagues around the world.

In this position you will be responsible for the digital presence of Bleckmann, demand generation & lead generation campaigns in selected market verticals. You will actively contribute to achieving the Business Development & Marketing objectives, working closely with the commercial team as well as marketing colleagues. You will be managing and executing technical projects focused on: (inbound) digital marketing, SEO & targeted advertising, reporting and analytics, set up of digital campaigns. You will be working with tools such as Salesforce, Craft, Ubersuggest and more… we are open to your experience and ideas!

Your analytical skills and digital mindset will help us truly make the difference. In your role, you will be in regular contact with other departments within Bleckmann as well as external consultants and business partners.

The responsibilities you will be involved in:

  • You will co-create a high-impact, integrated online marketing strategy (planning & execution), developing strategies to generate demand, create awareness and drive increase of the sales pipeline (increasing conversions to SQL); in line with KPI targets, on time and with high-level of visual and technical accuracy;

  • You will simultaneously develop, execute and optimize a variety of end-to-end, multi-touch and multichannel online marketing campaigns (paid & organic); performing A/B testing, building landing pages & marketing automation flows, managing CTAs, retargeting and lead nurturing… and more while continuously searching for possible improvements and excellence, applying best practices & digital trends;

  • You will manage website development and (content) updates, as well as execute on SEO-optimization and UX; implementing cohesive SEO strategy and monitoring website performance;

  • You will be responsible for email marketing projects (planning, coordinating and executing campaigns), co-maintaining database and marketing lists;
  • Management of paid online campaigns, with digital targeting, display banners, social media advertising, SEA…;

  • Management of the social media channels as element of the digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter); execution of publications, monitoring of results and optimisation; incl. paid initiatives and maximisation of the channels use to achieve business objectives, as well as management of the employee advocacy platform;

  • Developing reports and dashboards, monitoring performance of digital campaigns and optimization for success and KPIs to support business development & marketing decision making (Salesforce, Tableau, Social Media analytics, Google Analytics and more…);

  • Support digital (visual) content production;

The major skills & experience needed:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a 5 years of a demonstrable, proven experience in the field of managing & optimization of high-performing digital campaigns in an B2B environment, KPIs definition and benchmark understanding
     
  • Strong logical & analytical mindset to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, experienced with lead scoring, lead nurturing, target audience segmentation and data management; experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
     
  • Experience managing and optimizing (paid) advertising campaigns, including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Social Ads, Google Display, Influencer Marketing, UTM links building, email marketing, A/B testing, and performance optimization etc.
  • Understanding of SEO aspects and experience in SEO management. Experience with Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Speedcurve, and Google Analytics. Experience with additional solutions is considered a plus. Experience with Craft CMS.
     
  • Data-driven and focused way of working with processes, able to bring structure into chaos, capable of independent work and good with tight deadlines and handling pressure;
     
  • Flexibility to easily switch between tasks, based on the ad-hoc priorities; Excellent agile project management skills, result and goal oriented, hands-on, creative thinking, problem-solving mindset; Self-learner and on top of online marketing trends at all time;
     
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud solutions is essential
     
  • Experience with BI tools (example Tableau) is considered a plus
     
  • Working proficiency in English, Dutch language is considered a plus
