We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to play a key role in driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through structured, ROI-driven marketing campaigns. You will plan, execute, and optimize global demand generation initiatives across digital, social, content, and event channels. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on campaign manager, you ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and analytics teams - generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects throughout the buyer journey. You collaborate with regional colleagues to adapt global programs to local inputs, while keeping strong ownership of performance, reporting, and continuous optimization.
As a mid-to-senior-level team member, you will ensure that marketing consistently contributes to business growth by generating qualified demand, accelerating pipeline development, improving conversion across the full funnel and providing clear visibility into marketing’s revenue contribution. You will be turning interest into intent — and intent into action by designing structured, multi-touch customer journeys; activating the right channels at the right moment; continuously testing, learning, and optimizing; balancing creative storytelling with analytical discipline. Success in this role means demand generation is predictable, measurable, and revenue-aligned. This is a cross-functional role that touches every part of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Given our international presence, we require professional fluency in English. Work-proficiency in Dutch, Spanish and other European languages are considered as strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign planning & management
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, social, web, content syndication, events/webinars).
- Translate objectives into campaign plans with clear KPIs, budgets, timelines, and ownership.
- Coordinate with design, content, product marketing, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Run A/B testing and personalization initiatives to improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead generation & nurturing
- Define and manage MQL/SQL criteria in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
- Develop lead scoring and nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the funnel.
- Partner with CRM/marketing automation colleagues to set up email journeys, landing pages, CTAs, forms, and tracking.
- Maintain strong feedback loops with sales on lead quality, follow-up, and conversion.
- Performance, analytics & ROI
- Own campaign reporting and performance analysis (CTR, CPL, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, ROI).
- Build dashboards and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously assess channel effectiveness and recommend improvements in strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Partner with analytics/data teams to support attribution modelling and touchpoint tracking across the buyer journey.
- Process & best practice development
- Document campaign processes, templates, and playbooks to increase scalability and consistency.
- Stay current on MarTech, digital trends, and demand gen best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
