Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? At Bleckmann, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead impactful improvement initiatives and help optimize our logistics operations.
Your Challenge
You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing initiatives that improve:
- Productivity
- Quality
- Cost Efficiency
- Capacity Utilization
- Service Performance
Using data-driven insights and Continuous Improvement methodologies, you will work closely with Operations and Site Leadership to deliver measurable results and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects with a clear impact on operational KPIs.
- Analyze processes, performance, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement improvement roadmaps and change initiatives.
- Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and root cause analyses.
- Coach managers and teams in Continuous Improvement principles and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Standardize processes and embed best practices across the organization.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and thinking.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Consulting.
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data and KPIs.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, WMS, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
