Responsibilities:

As a Service Delivery Employee, you act as the link between the organization, carriers, and (international) customers. You are the main point of contact for one or more accounts and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

You identify bottlenecks in transport processes and proactively think of solutions, while creating support for these solutions with the customer. In addition, you prepare reports and identify potential process improvements. You report directly to the Service Delivery Supervisor.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining daily contact with (international) customers regarding operational (transport) matters

  • Monitoring the progress and execution of transports, advising on possibilities, and identifying potential issues

  • Intervening in case of problems (non-delivery, damage, refusals) and advising on structural solutions

  • Collecting and analyzing data and translating this into reports and management information

  • Actively contributing to our continuous improvement methodology

Profile:

Administrative tasks motivate you, and communication is a key part of your role. You interact with stakeholders through various channels, resolve issues efficiently, and quickly identify improvements based on data.

You work independently but are not hesitant to seek help from colleagues or support your team members when needed.

You also have:

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English to communicate with various stakeholders

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • At least a secondary education diploma (office, business, etc.)

  • Willingness to travel between the sites in Grobbendonk and Ghent

  • Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
