Founded in 1862, Bleckmann Bleckmann has evolved from a transport company into a market leader in full supply chain solutions with a specific expertise in e-fulfilment. Due to our dynamic growth, the emphasis was mainly on controlling operational operations. In 2017 the management invested in the expansion of the HR team in order to strengthen the development of our employees and Bleckmann as an organization.
With the ESF project and the associated financial support from the European Union, we will in the first instance bring clarity back to what exactly our people need to know and are able to do their current job. We also want to enable our teammates to take over another position in our company, in line with their individual growth path.
With an adapted competence methodology, we will be implementing our processes and tasks in a more concrete way. We will assure proper internal communication during the start-up and the entire career of our employees. In this way we can shape the growth of our employees through a dialogue. Furthermore, we will support them in their development with our Talent Development program and our Bleckmann Academy. The Bleckmann Academy is available for everyone within Bleckmann organisation, for employees who treat millions of items of clothing every day and for their managers who manage everything in the right direction.
